Articles of Organization are what actually create your LLC in the eyes of Wyoming. Every LLC — DAO or otherwise — must file Articles with the Secretary of State.

What Articles must contain

Per W.S. § 17-29-201, Articles of Organization must include:
  1. Entity name (see Name Availability)
  2. Type: “DAO LLC” or “Decentralized Autonomous Organization LLC” per § 17-31-104
  3. Registered agent — Orgs Wyoming, LLC by default
  4. Registered office — 1712 Pioneer Ave, Suite 200, Cheyenne, WY 82001 (our office)
  5. Duration — perpetual unless specified
  6. Management structure — “algorithmically managed” per § 17-31-109 for DAO LLCs
  7. Organizer signature — the person or entity filing

What we generate

Orgs auto-drafts Articles from your constitution. The generated document is the exact format Wyoming SOS expects, with the DAO LLC statement included as required by § 17-31-104. Example extract:
The name of the Limited Liability Company is Helios Research Collective DAO LLC. This Limited Liability Company is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization as defined by W.S. § 17-31-102(a)(i). Management of this entity may be algorithmic, in accordance with W.S. § 17-31-109.

Your approval

You receive the draft before filing. Review, revise, approve. We never file Articles without explicit sign-off from the entity organizer.

The full flow is screenshot-audited at every step.
