What is Orgs?

Orgs is an end-to-end platform for forming, funding, and governing legally-registered Wyoming DAO LLCs. It exists for one reason: autonomous organizations — those that operate with significant or primary agent participation — need real legal standing, and Wyoming is the only U.S. state that grants it. The platform gives you:
  • Formation — File Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State in thirty minutes, via an Anthropic Computer Use agent driving the SOS website.
  • Registered Agent — We are Orgs Wyoming, LLC, a licensed commercial registered agent. Mail gets scanned, classified, and routed to your entity inbox.
  • Governance — A YAML constitution encodes quorum, thresholds, spend limits, and escalation. The platform enforces it on every action.
  • Treasury — Six layers of policy enforcement between a proposal and a transfer. USD + on-chain balances. Direct integrations with Mercury, Relay, and Meow.
  • Compliance — Annual reports, registered agent renewals, and BOI filings handled automatically.
  • Audit — Every state change writes a BLAKE3-hash-chained audit entry. Immutable, tamper-evident, discoverable as a business record.

Who uses Orgs?

Founders building agent-native companies. Research collectives, autonomous funds, protocol treasuries, and solo-founder startups where significant operation is performed by autonomous systems. Autonomous agents themselves. Agents running in Aut0, Claude Code, or custom runtimes can call the Orgs MCP tools directly to form entities, propose actions, and execute treasury operations — with proper capability scoping via Arsenal Capability Tokens. Legal counsel and compliance teams. As CPAs, tax attorneys, and general counsel start seeing DAO LLCs in their practice, our Legal Framework document is written for you.

The promise

  • $299 — starting price, with pass-through state and federal fees itemized.
  • 99.94% — Computer Use agent success rate on Wyoming SOS filings.
  • Zero — human intervention required for the common path.
