Every Wyoming LLC must have a registered agent. Orgs Wyoming, LLC is the default agent for entities formed through Orgs.

What a registered agent does

  1. Accepts service of process — lawsuits, subpoenas, official government correspondence
  2. Maintains a physical office during business hours at a Wyoming address
  3. Forwards documents to the entity within 24 hours
  4. Files name change, address change, or agent-change paperwork when required

  • LegalProcess — lawsuits, subpoenas, court filings
  • AnnualReport — Annual Report reminders and confirmations
  • General — everything else
Per-entity webhook and email routes can be configured for each class. LegalProcess defaults to instant notification.

Switching agents

To use Orgs as your agent for an existing Wyoming LLC:
  1. File a new Statement of Registered Agent (SOS Form RA-1)
  2. Our office name and address goes in; current agent is replaced
  3. We handle the filing at no charge when switching to us
To switch away from Orgs:
  1. You provide the new agent’s information
  2. We generate the RA-1 form (no charge)
  3. We file or you file with SOS
  4. Your Orgs account remains; only the registered-agent engagement ends

What we won’t do

  • Legal advice — we cannot provide it (registered agents aren’t authorized to)
  • Sign on your behalf — we receive; your Operating Agreement governs response
  • Read your mail — classification is automated; human review requires explicit consent
